KIM’S PAPER provides in-depth news about Korea. We do not simply report events or mechanically communicate facts. Instead, we offer unique articles that provide multifaceted analysis of social groups and phenomena with a focus on diversity and coexistence. Our news will broaden our readers’ views on diversity and strengthen their understanding of the region.

Who created KIM’S PAPER?

The editor, Sejin Kim, studied Chinese politics and economics in Taiwan and worked as a reporter in the fields of domestic politics, blockchain, crypto finance, and digital currency for the Korean mainstream news media. Kim is now an independent journalist and Chinese-Korean translator who travels abroad as a digital nomad. In addition, many independent editors proofread articles for KIM’S PAPER. The editor produces all articles themselves and research each in-depth article for using at least 15 high-quality sources.

We believe that people who cannot afford to pay for a subscription should still have easy access to information. For this reason we currently offer our content free of charge.
